No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer cash or card refunds on any orders.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unopened, sealed LEGO sets in their original condition. Once a set has been opened, it cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

How to Request an Exchange: Contact us at 79 409 230 on Whatsapp before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
